This website

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking pixels. It does not have contact forms. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, pages requested, browser type) for security, kept for a limited period.

WhatsApp and email

When you message us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive your number or address and what you write. WhatsApp is provided by Meta and has its own privacy policy. Please do not send passwords, full bank details or identity documents over WhatsApp unless we have asked you to use a secure method.

Client information

To run payroll and prepare accounts we process employee names, addresses, dates of birth, National Insurance numbers, pay, tax codes, pension and bank details, and your business records. We use this information only to provide the services you have engaged us for, to file with HMRC, pension providers and Companies House, and to meet our legal duties, including anti-money-laundering checks.

How long we keep it

Payroll and accounting records are kept for at least 6 years after the end of the tax year they relate to, in line with HMRC requirements, then securely deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or, where the law allows, deleted. Write to us using the contact details above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
