Accounts and tax returns for small limited companies
Your statutory accounts, corporation tax return and director self assessment are prepared and filed for you. Accounts and tax returns are quoted individually on WhatsApp.
What you get

Your annual accounts are prepared and filed with Companies House. They are built from your bookkeeping records.
Corporation tax return filed
We prepare and file your company tax return (CT600) with HMRC.
Self assessment for directors
Directors get their personal self assessment tax return prepared as part of the service.
Both deadlines tracked
Companies House and HMRC have different deadlines for your accounts and tax return. We keep track of both so you do not have to.
Built on your bookkeeping
Accounts prepared from up-to-date bookkeeping are easier to finish and easier to check.

When must a limited company file its accounts?
A private limited company must send its annual accounts to Companies House 9 months after its financial year ends. The Company Tax Return is due 12 months after the accounting period for Corporation Tax ends. Source: https://www.gov.uk/prepare-file-annual-accounts-for-limited-company
When do I pay corporation tax?
Corporation Tax is usually due 9 months and 1 day after the end of the accounting period. That is earlier than the deadline to file the Company Tax Return, so we plan for both dates. Source: https://www.gov.uk/company-tax-returns/deadlines
What is the corporation tax rate?
The main rate is 25%, which applies if your company made more than £250,000 profit. The small profits rate is 19%, which applies if profit is £50,000 or less. Between those figures you may be entitled to Marginal Relief. Source: https://www.gov.uk/corporation-tax-rates
What happens if my accounts are filed late?
For a private limited company, Companies House charges £150 if the accounts are up to 1 month late, rising to £1,500 if they are more than 6 months late. The penalty is doubled if your accounts are late 2 years in a row. We keep track of the deadline for you. Source: https://www.gov.uk/annual-accounts/penalties-for-late-filing
What happens if my Company Tax Return is filed late?
HMRC charges £200 if the return is 1 day late, and another £200 if it is 3 months late. At 6 months HMRC estimates your Corporation Tax bill and adds a penalty of 10% of the unpaid tax, with another 10% at 12 months. The £200 penalties rise to £1,000 each if the return is late 3 times in a row. Source: https://www.gov.uk/company-tax-returns/penalties-for-late-filing
When is my self assessment deadline?
For the 2025 to 2026 tax year, an online return and the tax bill are both due by 31 January 2027. Filing late brings an immediate £100 penalty, and further charges build up the longer the return is outstanding.
